Getting started

What does PayorPartners help with?

We connect clinical coverage, insurance enablement, patient coordination, and billing support behind your brand. Start with our clinical network or bring your existing team; the service, state, and payer scope is defined for your program.

Do I keep my own brand?

Yes. The model is built around your brand and patient acquisition strategy. Clinical responsibilities remain with the appropriate licensed professionals and professional entities.

Which payers and states are available?

Availability is reviewed for each service, provider, clinical entity, state, and payer combination. We confirm the applicable scope with you before activation rather than assuming a payer name means every plan is available.

How does the partnership pricing work?

Implementation, ongoing services, and any approved collections-based arrangements are outlined in your written agreement. We review your scope first so the proposal reflects the actual operating model.

How soon can we launch?

Your timeline depends on the starting point: documentation, clinical arrangements, payer participation, technology, and onboarding readiness. Your implementation plan identifies dependencies and milestones before launch.

Care, coverage & operations

Who makes clinical decisions?

Licensed clinicians remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, documentation, and other clinical decisions. PayorPartners supports the business and operational coordination defined in the partnership.

Is every visit or medication covered?

No. Visit and medication benefits are separate. The patient’s plan, specific service, medical necessity, participating providers, prior authorization, and other payer requirements determine what may be covered.

Can we offer asynchronous care?

An asynchronous workflow must be reviewed against the particular clinical service, payer product, coding requirements, and state rules. A digital intake form alone does not make a service reimbursable.

Can we use our current tools?

Your website, intake, scheduling, and operational systems are reviewed during planning. Any integrations, changes, or additional costs are confirmed in the implementation scope.

Is reimbursement guaranteed?

No. Submitted claims may be delayed, denied, adjusted, or recouped. Billing volume is different from cash collected, and financial reporting should make that distinction clear.

Can patients request treatment here?

This is a business partnership website. Patients should use their clinic’s designated patient channels. Do not submit medical records, insurance member details, or patient information through the business inquiry form.
